Trading Terms & Conditions:

Retail:Payment for orders must be received prior to shipping. Prices are stated in Australian Dollars and are current at date of dispatch of goods.

Back Orders: Please allow 4 weeks for delivery with all back orders. Orders will be held to be sent out as one order once the back ordered item is ready to be sent. If you require your other items, please notify us via email.

Payment Options: Payment may be made with Mastercard, Visa, or via Direct Bank Deposit. You will receive an email confirmation once payment has been received. Our Bank Deposit details will be made available to you in the above-mentioned confirmation email.

Refunds &Returns: Where our products arrive faulty please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for an exchange or a credit note to be issued. We will not accept returns for incorrect colouring or failing to adhere to washing instructions, nor in the case of willful damage.

Cancellations: All cancellations to be advised to our office within 7 days of order date.

Claims: All claims to be advised to our office within 7 days of invoice date. Under no circumstances may goods be returned without approval.

Prices: Prices are stated in Australian dollars and are current at date of dispatch of goods.

Shipping Charges: Freight charges will be those current at date of dispatch of goods.

Shipping Within Australia

Orders will be shipped by Australia Post or via courier.

International

Orders to be delivered to any countries other than Australia are charged at Australia Post rates not including insurance and are very competitively priced.

Should your order arrive damaged, please contact Stitch Witch Collections immediately. Damage goods must be returned within 7 days, with labels and packaging intact.

Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post or the Courier service used to deliver those goods.

Privacy Policy

Annie’s Designs respects your privacy and protects your personal information. We only collect the information required to fulfill your order. We will never share this information to any third party, unless compelled to by a court of law.
