Stitch Witch Collection reserves the right to select the most appropriate method of shipping.
We will always endeavour to provide the safest, quickest and most cost-effective shipping methods based on individual circumstances.
Please note we have carefully qualified our couriers to meet strict guidelines and quality standards. Stitch Witch Collection takes no liability if you wish to have your parcel left without signature or have provided the incorrect address.
Order Processing And Delivery Times
We pride ourselves on industry leading processing and shipping times from picking and securely packaging your order to shipping it out.
In most cases the order will be shipped on the same or following business day with exception to out of stock items or delayed from our distribution facilities in which case we try to notify you.
Most capital cities and surrounding suburbs will receive delivery within 3-7 business days and in regional areas and Western Australian locations within 7-10 business days.
When your order is dispatched you will automatically receive a tracking code so that you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Out Of Stock Items
If an item you have purchased is out of stock, your money will be refunded in full.
In the event that the item ordered is not in stock and the supplier no longer stocks or manufactures the item a refund for that item will be sent back via the original payment method.
Australia Post Tracking
If you have received an Australia Post Parcel Tracking Code in your email you can check the status of your delivery at any time by visiting the Australia Post.
